Dining in Korcula Croatia

Konoba ADIO MARE, Korčula

Adio Mare is Korcula Town's oldest family run restaurant and little has changed since it opened in 1974, next to Marco Polo's house. It's a friendly, buzzy, hearty Dalmatian restaurant showcasing tradition rather than innovation. Favourite dishes are brodet fish stew with polenta, grilled meats or the pasta with beans. There is a decent selection of local wines. For reservation contact Bojić Family.

Konoba Marinero, Korčula

Korcula's Restaurant "Konoba Marinero" is located in an alley in the Old Town. Konoba Marinero offers fine seafood in an authentic and warm setting. Mother is the chef and her son catches the daily supply of fish. A favourite is fish cooked a la gregada baked with potatoes and vegetables in juicy sauce pouted up with hunks of bread. Another choice is a fish on lesho, gently boiled with vegetables. For table bookings visit konobamarinero.com or call ++385 (0)20 711 170
